Collins Arch
Located at 447 Collins Street, Melbourne, this world-class mixed-use precinct combines luxury residences, a five-star W Melbourne hotel, premium commercial offices, and vibrant retail and dining spaces. Casello was engaged to deliver a complex external works package, including the installation of the metal facade cladding using solid aluminium, perforated metal, and concrete-reinforced timber planks. The scope also included all carpentry elements, such as doors, hardware, and skirting. Every component was executed with precision, contributing to the building’s distinctive architectural identity and refined urban presence.
Wesley Place
Wesley Place is a significant urban renewal development in Melbourne's CBD, comprising three commercial towers at 130, 140, and 150 Lonsdale Street. Casello executed detailed carpentry and cladding works across the precinct, including restoration of heritage structures with custom timber and facade elements. At 130 Lonsdale Street, the installation of timber ceiling cladding and architectural linings to the ground floor podium enhanced the building's entry experience, contributing to the precinct’s contemporary character and refined public interface.
